Upcoming events

Greetings to Everyone from Master Bing YeYoung!

I will give a one-hour open Chen Family Tai Chi class in Southside Park, Sacramento, which
is across street from the Sunday farmer’s market near by Broadway. This
class is free. It starts at 9:30 am and finishes at 10:30 am on Saturday,
June 2nd. You are all very welcome to join me.

I recently developed a short Chen Family Tai Chi for beginners or
practitioners who are familiar with other styles of Tai Chi, but interested in
knowing Chen style. It is 13 movements, and it takes less than five minutes
to perform. It is perfect for people don’t have very much time to learn the
whole Chen Tai Chi form, which often runs 48 or 83 movements. It is also
suitable for people who are interested in both meditative and self- defense
aspects of Tai Chi.

After practicing Chen Tai Chi over 30 years, teaching the public in the US more
than 6 years, and learning Western culture, I believe that what I did is right, and
all my late Tai Chi Masters will forgive me for my good intention.

I will teach the 13 movements Tai Chi in one or two day seminars to be scheduled in
the near future, in different locations, and I will keep you well informed.
I hope that I will see you all in the park, and in the near future.
